TR ONE — Trading Room One (“TR ONE”, “we”, “us”, “our”, the “Platform” or the “Service”) is a proprietary market-context, decision-support, trading workflow, review, publishing and learning/training platform.

TR ONE is not financial advice, investment advice, a broker, a portfolio manager, a registered investment adviser, a fiduciary service or a promise of profit.

By creating an account, starting a trial, subscribing to a plan, connecting a broker account, using Market Breakfast, reviewing a setup, saving a setup, using Trading Review, using Active Positions, enabling publishing, using automation controls or otherwise accessing TR ONE, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, Conditions, Risk Disclaimer and Limited SaaS Licence (“Terms”).

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use TR ONE.

Important Summary

TR ONE does not tell you what to buy, sell, hold, short or trade.

Signals, scores, levels, Radar cards, Market Breakfast, TRON Index, Telegram posts, charts, automation notes and dashboard items are informational workflow outputs only.

You may use TR ONE as a decision-support layer without broker connectivity, or with supported broker connectivity where available.

Markets can move quickly. You can lose money, including through delay, volatility, wrong settings, broker/API issues, automation choices or your own decisions.

You must review every order, position size, protection setting, automation setting and published message before relying on it.

Pro+ Auto or any automated trading feature may require a separate, explicit consent before activation.

TR ONE is proprietary software. You receive only limited SaaS access under your plan. You do not receive ownership of TR ONE code, design, UI, analytics, scoring, Market Breakfast, TRON Index, Market Weather, SIMC, Auto Journal, Pro+ safety logic, data logic, brand, documentation or product architecture.

1. Product Purpose

TR ONE helps users organise market context, candidate discovery, Radar review, trading workflow, Telegram publishing, account clarity and later review.

The product may show market data, scores, levels, watch notes, setup cards, journals, Market Breakfast, TRON Index, Market Weather, broker connection state, position context and automation-related controls.

These are workflow, decision-support and educational/training materials only.

TR ONE is not a personal financial adviser, broker, investment manager, portfolio manager, bank, exchange or regulated investment recommendation service.

2. Decision-Support Mode and Connected Execution Mode

TR ONE can be used in different ways depending on the user's setup.

Decision-support mode: you may use TR ONE without connecting a broker as a market-visualisation, setup-review, analytics, saved-setup and workflow layer alongside your own trading platform. In this mode, TR ONE does not place orders or manage your broker account.

Connected execution mode: where supported, you may connect an external broker integration, currently focused on supported Saxo workflows, to use execution, position-management and protection workflow tools. In this mode, broker actions still remain your responsibility.

Using TR ONE alongside another broker or platform does not make TR ONE responsible for trades you place elsewhere.

3. No Financial Advice or Recommendation

TR ONE does not provide personal financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, suitability or portfolio advice.

Any Radar idea, score, entry area, target, stop, R/R, Telegram card, Market Breakfast note, TRON Index value, journal note, chart context, scanner result, saved setup or automation status is informational and for review/training workflow only.

Nothing in the product should be treated as a recommendation, solicitation, instruction, guarantee or advice to buy, sell, hold, short, use leverage, use margin, trade options, trade CFDs or enter any financial transaction.

You should make your own decision and, where appropriate, consult a qualified professional before acting.

4. Trading Risk and User Responsibility

Trading financial instruments can result in loss.

Prices may move quickly. Spreads can widen. Liquidity can change. Data can be delayed or incorrect. Broker APIs, market data, hosting, email, Telegram, payment providers or other third-party services can be interrupted.

You accept that you are solely responsible for your own account, broker connection, order review, order submission, position management, risk limits, stop/target settings, automation choices and final decisions.

Past performance, examples, screenshots, backtests, simulated results, score values, Market Breakfast context, TRON Index readings, Market Weather states or previous trade outcomes do not guarantee future results.

5. Broker Actions, Execution and Automation

Broker actions, execution, order size, take-profit levels, trailing stops, automation settings and any future auto-trading layer remain your responsibility.

You must review all settings before enabling or using them.

TR ONE may assist workflow, but it does not guarantee execution quality, price, fill, protection, loss prevention, profit or market outcome.

Broker services are provided by the relevant broker, not by TR ONE. TR ONE does not control broker execution, broker availability, broker pricing, account approvals, margin requirements, order routing, liquidity, slippage, rejections, market access, API uptime or broker-side restrictions.

6. Separate Pro+ Auto Consent

Before enabling Pro+ Auto or any automated trading feature, TR ONE may require a separate consent step.

By enabling such a feature, you confirm that you understand automated features may generate, route, modify or manage trading actions through a connected broker account where supported.

You remain fully responsible for all automated trading activity, risk settings, order sizes, position limits, symbol selection, account permissions, emergency stop settings, activation, deactivation and financial outcomes.

TR ONE does not guarantee profits, performance, execution or prevention of losses.

TR ONE may suspend, restrict or disable automation features at any time for safety, technical, legal, broker, product or account reasons.

7. Market Breakfast, TRON Index and Market Context

Market Breakfast is a morning market context layer that may be delivered by email, Telegram, browser preview, dashboard or other supported channels.

Market Breakfast may include session handoff, cross-asset pulse, VIX / volatility context, bonds / rates context, gold / defensive demand context, oil / energy and inflation context, TRON Index, Market Read, one selected setup candidate and next-step workflow notes.

TRON Index is an internal TR ONE four-asset risk pulse model. It is designed as a compact market-state indicator based on observable inputs such as volatility, rates, gold and oil context.

Market Breakfast and TRON Index are not predictions, profit promises, automatic trade signals or personal recommendations.

They are designed to help users understand what to watch and where to review market conditions before making their own decisions.

8. Market Data, APIs, Broker Availability and Third-Party Services

The product may rely on broker APIs, market-data sources, cached quotes, fallback quote providers, email delivery, hosting providers, payment providers and Telegram.

These services can be delayed, unavailable, inaccurate, rate-limited, disconnected or changed by third parties.

You are responsible for checking critical information directly in your broker account before making decisions.

Not all brokers or trading platforms support external API access, third-party order execution or automated trading.

Future broker integrations depend on each broker's technical API availability, regional rules, account type, permissions, security requirements, approval processes and legal restrictions.

TR ONE does not guarantee that any specific broker or platform will be supported.

9. Telegram Publishing, Email and Public Sharing

Telegram publishing, email delivery and public sharing features are journal, notification and communication features.

Published cards, captions, Radar ideas, Market Breakfast notes, watch notes and open-position cards are not financial advice or public investment recommendations.

You are responsible for what you publish, where you publish it and how other people may interpret it.

TR ONE may send account, security, billing, verification, product, Market Breakfast or service-related messages by email, Telegram or other supported channels.

Where unsubscribe or notification settings are available, users may manage eligible communication preferences.

Transactional, security, billing and legal notices may still be sent where required for service operation.

10. Intellectual Property and Limited SaaS Licence

TR ONE, including its software, source code, user interface, design, workflows, analytics, scoring systems, Market Breakfast, TRON Index, Market Weather, SIMC, Auto Journal, Pro+ safety logic, data logic, documentation, brand elements, product structure and related product architecture, is owned by TR ONE or its authorised rights holders.

Subject to your active subscription plan and your compliance with these Terms, TR ONE grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to access and use the TR ONE platform as a hosted software-as-a-service product.

This licence gives you access to use the TR ONE service. It does not transfer ownership of any TR ONE intellectual property, software, code, design, analytics, scoring systems, workflows, data logic, documentation, brand elements or product architecture to you.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, clone, resell, sublicense, redistribute, scrape, extract, recreate, frame, mirror, commercially exploit or create derivative works from TR ONE or any part of the TR ONE platform without prior written permission.

You may not use TR ONE’s software, user interface, design, trading workflows, analytics logic, scoring methods, Market Breakfast format, TRON Index, Market Weather, SIMC, Auto Journal, Pro+ safety logic, documentation, brand elements or product structure to build, train, support, market or operate a competing product or service.

You may not attempt to bypass technical restrictions, access controls, entitlement checks, plan limitations, broker-safety controls, automation locks, account isolation mechanisms or other security and product-control systems inside TR ONE.

You may not remove, obscure or alter any copyright, proprietary, trademark, legal or risk notices displayed in TR ONE or included in its documentation.

Any feedback, suggestions, ideas, comments or improvement proposals that you provide regarding TR ONE may be used by TR ONE to improve the Platform without creating any ownership claim, compensation claim or licence right in your favour, unless separately agreed in writing.

TR ONE reserves all rights not expressly granted under these Terms.

If your subscription ends, is cancelled, is suspended, expires or is terminated, your right to access and use TR ONE also ends, subject to any legal obligations, billing records, data-retention requirements or account-export options that may apply.

Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of access to TR ONE and may lead to further legal action where appropriate.

11. Account, Trial, Billing and Cancellation

The 7-day trial starts at €0 today when you choose Pro or Pro+ and complete the checkout flow, unless a different offer is shown at checkout.

A payment method may be required.

If you do not cancel before renewal, the selected plan may continue as a paid subscription according to the checkout terms shown to you.

Trial status, billing history and cancellation controls should be reviewed inside your account and/or the payment-provider portal.

Billing may be handled by third-party payment providers.

TR ONE may provide billing history, receipts, invoices or payment confirmation documents where supported by the billing provider and product configuration.

In test or sandbox environments, billing documents and payment emails may be routed differently than in production.

Production billing is intended to be associated with the actual customer account and billing email, subject to provider configuration and successful payment flow.

12. Eligibility and Local Rules

By creating an account or using the product, you confirm that you are legally permitted to use trading-related software, connect a broker account, accept these Terms and make your own financial decisions under the laws and rules that apply to you.

You are responsible for taxes, reporting, local restrictions, broker terms and any regulatory obligations that apply to your own use.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TR ONE for unlawful, abusive, unauthorised or harmful purposes.

You may not attempt to break, bypass or overload the Platform, access another user’s account or data, interfere with customer / owner isolation, use bots or scrapers without permission, use TR ONE to build or support a competing product, misrepresent TR ONE outputs as personal financial advice, share access credentials, resell access without permission, abuse broker/email/Telegram/billing/market-data integrations or upload malicious code.

TR ONE may suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.

14. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee profit, trading performance, accuracy of market data, uninterrupted service, broker availability, Telegram delivery, email delivery, account access or that any setup will work.

Past performance, backtests, examples, screenshots, training material and demo results do not guarantee future results.

The product may change, be paused, be improved or contain errors while it is being developed.

15. Limitation of Responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TR ONE, its owners, operators, developers and affiliates are not responsible for trading losses, missed opportunities, indirect losses, data issues, broker issues, payment-provider issues, Telegram issues, email delivery issues, user configuration mistakes, automation choices or decisions made using the product.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold TR ONE harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses arising from your misuse of the Platform, breach of these Terms, trading decisions, broker actions, unlawful use, unauthorised access, violation of third-party rights or use of TR ONE to build or support a competing product.

17. Suspension and Termination

TR ONE may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, your subscription ends or payment fails, you misuse the Platform, you attempt to bypass access controls or plan restrictions, you attempt to copy, clone, reverse engineer or compete using TR ONE materials, broker/legal/technical/safety reasons require suspension or your account creates security, compliance or operational risk.

Termination does not remove payment obligations already incurred, nor does it remove intellectual property restrictions, risk disclaimers, limitation of liability or other provisions intended to survive termination.

18. Acceptance Record

When you create an account, TR ONE may store that you accepted these Terms, including the accepted version and time.

For audit clarity, it may also store a limited technical record such as browser user-agent and best-effort IP information.

19. Changes to These Terms

TR ONE may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms may be posted on the website or made available inside the Platform.

Continued use of TR ONE after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

If a change is material, TR ONE may provide additional notice where reasonable.

Acceptance

By creating an account, starting a trial, using TR ONE, connecting a broker, enabling publishing, scanning tickers, using automation controls or using any workflow feature, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and that you understand the risks and your responsibilities.
